- Upon your arrival for your scheduled liturgy, please take a moment to visit the main sacristy to initial and check-off your name on the schedule on the bulletin board. This is extremely important.

- Please keep us updated of address, phone, and especially e-mail changes. Updates may be submitted to ministries@saintmonicachurch.org

- Please be mindful of proper attire for serving at liturgy at all times.

- Please take a moment to read other important guidelines below.

Notes to all liturgical ministers:

√ If you cannot attend your scheduled liturgy, it is imperative that you find a substitute. Please do not wait until the last minute to do so. A general e-mail to those that serve in your ministry is a good way to find a substitute.

√ Greeters should also be sure to find substitutes in order to assure consistency with the Hospitality Ministry.

√ Please inform ministries@saintmonicachurch.org of the schedule change and your substitute.

√ Dates and times you or your family will be unavailable to serve may be submitted to ministries@saintmonicachurch.org. The deadline is twenty (20) days before the end of the currently posted schedule. For example: The November & December schedule has a submission deadline of October 10th. Dates of unavailability submitted after the deadline cannot be accommodated and you must find a substitute for yourself or your family.

√ If you will be away over holidays, for extended periods of time, or over the summer months, please inform the Office of Music & Worship so you will not be scheduled.

√ Rosters (Contact Information): If you would like contact information for the members involved in your ministry, please send an e-mail to: ministries@saintmonicachurch.org For privacy reasons, rosters will not be posted online.

√ The scheduling is done in two-month periods: January-February, March-April, May-June, July-August, September-October, November-December.
