Liturgy of the Word for Children Program

During the Liturgy of the Word Program, the children of our parish in Pre-Kindergarten through third grade are invited to participate.  The children leave the church and move to the Parish Center to hear the scripture readings and Gospel proclaimed at their level. This cost-free program takes place during the 9:30 a.m. Mass on Sunday mornings throughout the school year.  Our adult leaders present the readings to the group as a whole and then separate the children into the two age groups for discussion and activities. The children rejoin their family members when the Liturgy of the Word concludes.
